  As a parent I understand the need for a dress code and agree with all but one of your policies. It is baffling that the American Flag would be on your list. Who does this offend? Every child that goes to your school lives in America. To some it is a privilege as they are not citizens but they are on American soil and enjoying the rights the same as their peers who are US citizens. This is offensive to our veterans, legal immigrants and citizens born in the US. You might as well not observe veterans day, thanksgiving, memorial day or our countries independence. Along with that why even teach American history, the constitution, the bill of rights, civil rights, anything to do with world wars or any wars in general. Does ypur school fly an American Flag? Does your school participate in the pledge of allegiance? Employee veterans, their spouses, educate veterans children? I have a daughter named America, why not put a ban on children with names in honor of this great country we live in? Your administration needs to rethink this policy, it is un-American and offensive to millions of Americans and millions who fought for the right to display, wear and hold with the highest regards our nation's symbol of freedom and greatness, the American Flag.
